1. The 10 fundamental principles of the ARL Methodology and AMA Model and ARL Coach Role

Theory:
What and how does a Team Coach do to be listened, and the people he works with to listen to him/her, to work with harmony and obtain performance together, even if they didn’t know each other before meeting on a team project?
How do I agree with a team on the optimal way in which we will work, what I should and should not do and what should the team do, within our common responsibilities?

Practice:
You create goals on 5 dimensions.
Design a first project that you present at the next session.

2. The Process of Planning for the increase of teams’ efficiency

Theory:
How does a team plan a new project, in easy steps for everyone to follow? How do we help teams to reach agreement quickly?

Practice:
Present your personal project and attract teammates.

3. Authentic communication

Theory:
How do we say the least pleasant things to each other without getting into conflict and without stopping the projects? How do we easily harmonize and reach a communication based on authentic listening and appreciative approach?

Practice:
Experiment and learn to facilitate an effective process, managing emotions and solving assumptions which normally slow down and undermine team work.

4. Creating opportunities for action and meeting Management

Theory:
How do you connect to the authentic self to choose from all the possibilities the one that is best for you?
How do we gain time by working together in an organized manner and much more efficiently individually, by creating opportunities?

Practice:
Experiment visualization.
Select the optimal options for you and your team.

5. Creating and evaluating the action plan

Theory:
How do you know that you have achieved what you set out to do and how do we measure results when we work in teams?

Practice:
Apply role contracting and delegation.
Set your own performance evaluation parameters.

6. Creating the design of a team coaching workshop: structural elements.

Theory:
How do we prepare what we deliver together?

Practice:
Contract a real client to deliver the team workshop that will be evaluated.
Perform the tripartite and multipartite contracting (with multiple beneficiaries)

7. Creating the design of a team coach workshop: ARL tools and techniques.

Theory:
How do we make sure we provide the coaching team with what it needs to achieve its goals?

Practice:
Experiment and learn to use the power of the team and of the coaching questions, to support project leaders and overcome challenges in any project.

8. Delivering th design of a team coaching workshop.

Mentoring.

Practice:
You prepare to deliver the workshop with the external team.

9. & 10. Delivery of the team coaching workshop with the external team.

Practice:
You hold the demonstrative session with the external team. Receive and provide feedback.

11. Performance evaluation

Theory:
What we did during the workshop and want to repeat, what do we want to avoid from now on and what do we want to improve for the next occasion?

Practice:
Self-evaluate and complete the coaching interventions with the team.

12. Celebrating results

... un modul de-a dreptul "îndrăzneț" - felul în care ați combinat informațiile cu intensitatea cu care le-ați livrat. Aveți o dinamică excelentă între voi: v-ați completat natural și firesc.
